Noole connects customers directly with 10+ weaver families in Jakkampatti, Tamil Nadu. By sourcing pure cotton and semi-silk sarees directly from local looms, we eliminate multi-tier middleman markups and bring you authentic quality at direct weaver prices.
1. Ordering & Payment Terms
- Prepaid Orders: To support weavers with upfront yarn costs and eliminate return transit risks, we process prepaid orders.
- Accepted Methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Bank Transfer).
- Order Confirmation: Orders are verified upon receipt of the transaction reference ID or confirmation screenshot on WhatsApp.
2. Shipping & Daily 6:00 PM Dispatch Policy
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 6:00 PM IST (Mon–Sat) are dispatched on the same evening.
- Logistics Holiday: Sundays are courier holidays; orders placed after Saturday 6:00 PM are dispatched Monday at 6:00 PM IST.
- Tracking Link: Official AWB courier tracking links are sent directly to your WhatsApp once parcel scanning is completed.
- Transit Timeline: Major cities typically take 2–4 business days; other locations across India take 4–6 business days.
3. Quality Assurance & Returns Policy
Every saree is manually inspected across fabric, border, and zari before packing to ensure pristine condition. Because our sarees are limited-batch creations sourced directly from weaver families, we operate under a No Returns & No Exchanges policy once dispatched.
